Custom Homes went above and beyond when building our home. Their
contractors provided service beyond code requirements and we
were never billed any extra charges. Our home was completed
in an amazing 4 months!

 Our
daughter was in the process of building her home with you when
we came to see you. Even though we wanted a new home, I must
admit, I was not looking forward to the building process again.
We sat down, told you exactly what we wanted, and more importantly
what we did not want. Both of you were very honest and stright
forward, and listened to what we said. There were "NO GIMMICKS"
and you did not use the hard sell approach. When Joanna told
us that any floor plan could be paired with any exterior floor
plan, that worked for us. Most builders do not give that choice,
at least not in our experience.
I have to admit the building process was vieually stress free
this time. The materials and construction were above code requirements.
John and Joanna were always available if we had a question.
Phone calls were always returned!
Upon completion, there were no hoidden costs or surprises. Joanna
helped us design a beautiful home, we got exactly what we wanted
and then some. (our daughter's home also turned out great.)
We would recommend anyone thinking of building a new home to
call Accent Custom Homes. You will be glad you did.

 We
had an idea on what we wanted. Since we never built a house
before, we didn't know all the details and what to expect. For
over a year we searched. Like most people, the house we loved
we couldn't afford. The homes we could afford were nothing like
our original ideas. Customizing a model home was not allowed
and cost prohibitive. We were truly frustrated. The builders
we met were either inflexible or gave us an impersonal feeling.
When you are building a once in a lifetime dream, you want to
be treated like you matter and that they care!
When we entered Accent Custom Homes, we immedialtely felt welcomed.
We felt that we were important and that out concerns and opinions
matter. It didn't take long for us to feel like we were part
of the family. John and Joanna made us feel like we were in
this together. Joanna worked on our dream home, as if it were
hers. With our initial idea and her experience and taste, we
came up with ahome bigger and better than what we thought we
could afford.
We were able to start from scratch and build a home uniquely
ours. We worked hand in hand to make our dream home come true.
It's an unbelivable feeling looking at each room in your house
and knowing that you helped design it.
